The Best Learning & Development Program category was designed to highlight employers who are dedicated to the ongoing personal and career development of their people. The winners were judged from a combination of internal training material, along with external courses, coaching opportunities, mentors, buddy systems and or any other focus around development. Staff were also communicated with to evaluate the employee experience. 

BTA are honoured in becoming a finalist within what we felt was the most important award of the night. We are presently working on our internal strategy to go one better next year.
