After conducting a number of surveys we have concluded that a huge motivator within business today is a work / life balance. This ultimately improves the success for both employee and company.

BTA is no different, we believe that our employees operate at premium performance when they are healthy and happy. We have created a strategy which includes the following initiatives:

  • Flexible work options: Depending on your personal situation we can arrange a range of working hours, locations that can suit you.
  • Purchased leave: Staff can salary sacrifice either one or two weeks’ of additional annual leave, with a corresponding reduction in Gross Annual salary.
  • Personal Leave: We offer a range of options should our employees need extra time for any reason.
  • Paid parental leave: This leave is available after a qualifying period. BTA welcome back our return to work Mum's with flexibilty to the position or even hours if required.
  • Gym memberships: BTA have created a National corporate agreement with several gyms around Australia to get a very competitive rate for everyone to share.
  • Sporting Activity: In each office we run a National sports day which enables team bonding outside of the office. We would also welcome any newcomer to join our range of tennis, football, rugby clubs, running club that we sponsor and promote. At this stage our teams are more about fun than success, the main aim is to have some smiles as a group.
